  • Annual savings in direct and indirect labor of $1,500,000 for a casual clothing manufacturer through Engineering, Supervisory Training, Team Building and a Supervisor and Management Incentive Program
  • Developed a dynamic manpower allocation by pick zone that allowed first line supervision increase their picking productivity by 90% leading to a reduction in direct labor of 70%
  • A direct labor reduction of $0.55 a unit was achieved through methods engineering and group incentives. This also resulted in a 50% reduction in the time required to process orders through the distribution center. This had a direct impact on the on-time performance of the distribution center
